Nyan Love is going to have an English release this coming October! (Nintendo Switch)

Today OperaHouse has released a port of the game, Nyan Love or “Kitty Love” – (English title still unconfirmed) for the Nintendo Switch. The game is currently available (downloadable content) in Nintendo Eshop Japan.

STORY (translated from Google Play Japan):
You work at a flower shop and you spend everyday working hard at your job.
Then one night, in the park you always go to, there is an odd-eyed black cat. It curses you so that only at night-time you get turned into a cat.
There is only one way to break the curse.

―A kiss from the person you truly love.
In order to break the curse, everyday as a human, and every night as a cat, you put forth all your efforts.

Although, this game is only available in Japan for now, it is confirmed that it will eventually have its english release soon this coming October. (Source)

This game piqued my interest not only because of its plot (MC turns into a cat! meow) but also because it’s by far the one of the games which had decent ratings as far as OperaHouse’s otome titles go.

On a side note, today is also Hakuoki Shinkai Fuka Den’s official release date for the Nintendo Switch (Japan only). Click here, to get the game’s physical copy.

This site aims to give you regular updates for upcoming English Otome game releases on the Switch console. If you want to get updates for all the newest upcoming otoge titles (both English and Japanese) coming to the Nintendo Switch, feel free to follow my twitter page

Today, D3P has released a port for Gakuen Club (localized ver.) for the Nintendo Switch (North America and Europe). This game’s localized version also have mobile (iOS, Android) ports and PC (Steam) ports.

Click here for Gakuen Club downloadable content (Nintendo Eshop).

STORY (Nintendo Eshop):
Our heroine is entering her junior year of high school when she finds out she will be suddenly transferring to the famous Kirika Academy located in the city due to her father’s new job.

She is quite excited about starting her new school life, but she stumbles upon a secret night club that is being operated after school hours, and gets herself roped into working the kitchen…

As she grows closer to the other waitstaff of the night club, she learns of their past, and finds herself becoming more and more involved in a complicated web of human relationships and romance…

Voice Actors includes fan favorite: Yuuichirou Umehara, Kousuke Toriumi, KENN and Kensho Ono.

I bought the mobile version of Gakuen Club last year in iTunes and although I enjoyed it’s art, music and outstanding VA’s, the story was pretty dull and boring so I never really got a chance to finish the entire game (only bought and finished Sakai’s route). I’m buying this game again for my Switch and hopefully finish all the routes this time but I won’t be expecting too much plot wise, ha! you shouldn’t either. lol

More Upcoming Nintendo Switch Otome Games from OperaHouse to look out for (These games are either announced or released in Nintendo Eshop Japan):

  • Vinculum Hearts
  • Nyabara ~How to find my love~ (this one’s interesting since the MC turns into a cat! nyan.)
  • Spiral Memoria

Code Realize Wintertide Miracles Localization Confirmed

A few hours ago, Aksys Games confirmed the localization for Code Realize Wintertide Miracles during their panel in Anime Expo 2018. This is really good news of CR fans like me who’s been dying to marry Van Helsing forever like, I’m so down with that! lmao

However I couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed that there was only one otome title announced this year. I am pretty sure most otoge fans like myself were anticipating titles like the latest FD Collar x Malice Unlimited or at least new games like Piofiore No Banchou or Charade Maniacs (those were some of the many titles in my wishlist).

Aksys Games has also stated that Code Realize will probably be one of the last physical PSVita games in the US. Does this mean going forward, they’ll be releasing games (particularly VNs) on new consoles instead (maybe PS4 & Nintendo Switch)?

Below are some of the non otome titles they have announced during earlier’s panel:
