Dramatic Create has officially announced today that Meiji Tokyo Renka Twilight Kiss, the second installment in the Meiji Tokyo Renka series, will be coming to the Nintendo Switch and Steam in 2026. The game will support English, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese text, while audio will be available in Japanese only.
Meiji Tokyo Renka Twilight Kiss is a fandisc in the Meiji Tokyo Renka series. It was originally released for the PSP in 2015 and serves as additional story content following the original game.
According to Dramatic Create’s official announcement on their social media, more information about the title will be revealed soon. The teaser site for Meiji Tokyo Renka Twilight Kiss is now available. The full official website launch, along with new information about the game, is currently scheduled for early June.
STORY

The protagonist, Mei Ayazuki, suddenly time-slips from the modern era to a mysterious version of Meiji-era Tokyo where supernatural beings exist. There, she met Mori Ougai, Hishida Shunsou, Kawakami Otojirou, Izumi Kyouka, Fujita Gorou and Koizumi Yakumo, who are famous historical figures.
Through her interaction with them, the protagonist realizes that she is a “Tamayori” and has a highly prized ability in the Meiji period that allows her to see Mononoke.
And through these encounters, romance begins to bloom, and she eventually falls in love.
After struggling with whether to remain in the Meiji era or return to the modern world, Mei chooses to stay in the past alongside the person she loves.
However, mysterious and supernatural incidents continue to occur around them even now.
