BATTLEFIELD WALTZ (Senjou no Waltz)

Release Date: TBA 2025

compassionate lovers. Upon facing tragedy, Lan is both blessed and cursed by a new power–the
power of the Cursed Sword. She shall now forge new bonds in search of a place to belong.

About the Game
A girl loses everything, all in one day. Her village, and even worse—her father…
In their place, she acquires a new power.
When she takes up a sword to protect herself and her loved ones, she discovers that it is “cursed” and holds immense power.
Having obtained something that could shake the very foundations of the nation, the girl has no choice but to live on the battlefield.

The ultra-nationalistic military academy, Nirvana, becomes her new home. There, young men and women who excel in combat gather to compete and sharpen their skills, regardless of their background.
She meets new people, forges strong bonds, and finds what she thought she’d lost: a place to belong.
This is the story of the girl and the talking cursed sword by her side.

TEMIRANA: THE LUCKY PRINCESS AND THE TRAGIC KNIGHTS (Tsui Tsui)

Release Date: TBA 2025

Meet Cecilia Farias Temirana, the third princess of Temirana, as she navigates her reputation as
part of the royal family alongside her newly recruited royal guard made up of the 5 Tragic Knights.
With up to 5 romanceable characters, take part in a world where luck meets tragedy and
curses become blessings.

About this Game
In this world, one’s status and occupation are determined by the month they were born. About 15 years ago in the eastern kingdom of Temirana, the third princess was born: a baby with a birthmark on her forehead.
This child was rumored to be the “Cursed Princess,” and was forced to live in a house far from her family, away from the castle.
But things are about to change.

As her 16th birthday approaches, she attends the dueling tournament known as Helis Duelm. There, she sees five men glowing with a dazzlingly strong light.

Indeed, the “Cursed Princess” possessed a special and lucky power. Whenever her life might be in danger, people and places would shine as if to warn her.
Those acquainted with her power warn that those men may have shone because they were dangerous… but she knows their light is different from any she’s seen before.

Trusting her intuition, the princess invites the five men to join her order of knights.
However, some of them have no experience with the sword, and others lack interest in knighthood at all.
Can the princess and her small company of five knights overcome the tragedy on the horizon?

  1. The moment I saw the two new announcements, I just could not stop laughing. Not because I do think that they are weird localization choices or anything… But because I came back from Japan a few days ago and I bought 2 Otome games over there.. Well, my two purchases were the exact ones that got announced. Guess I am some sort of fortune teller lmao For real, what are the chances?

Looking forward to those (again) though, also hooray for the 9 Rip limited edition ❤

  2. Not gonna lie I’m a teeny bit disappointed. I go on the Japanese eshop all the time to look at Otome games just to see what’s out there and these 2 were never on my radar at all lol. After looking at the Japanese website for Battlefield Waltz it has caught my interest quite a bit but The Lucky Princess and the Tragic Knights is a maybe for me. I was honestly hoping we would get at least 3 Otome announcements and a set date for 9 R.I.P, that limited edition looks amazing though! I really wish we could get caught up with Idea Factory Japan’s catalogue of Otomes since were already halfway there, on the switch that is.

  3. Dear Chloe,

Thank you for sharing the news !

Iwanted to use this occasion to thank you for your review of “Jack & Jeanne”. I just finished my first route (I chose to start with Fumi) and it was absolutely enchanting. So heartwarming, so moving… I just had a smile during every show. The art, the music, the characters… I undersand now why you were so enthousiasth in you review.
Well, just wanted to say thank you ! And now, the other routes ! (To be honest, I’m going to wait a little and play something else first, because I liked the first one so much, I need a transition !).
