Group Order Terms and Conditions:

Important:

• Please keep in mind that the items in these group orders are pre-orders; which entails a waiting period of several months before you receive your items. Please do not join if you do not have the patience to wait for your merch.
• Please understand that due to terrible experiences in the past such as GO participants ghosting on payments, stricter rules will be applied, and only certain qualifying individuals will be allowed to join this group order.
• This group order operates through ‘labor of love’. I am ONLY here to help you secure limited goods. I am NOT making any profits or income from this endeavor.
• Unless offered, strictly no refunds after the items are pre-ordered and reserved.

Requirements/Eligibility to Join:

• This group order is only open to individuals who have previously ordered/purchased merch from Otome Kitten’s store page or have participated in OK’s group orders before.
• To join this group order, you must have an active Twitter/X account.
• You can only join Group Order Listings that are labeled as “OPEN”.
• Only users from US & Canada can participate in this group order.
  

Item Availability:

• Only the items that are listed in the GO will be purchased. If the item(s) that you want are not on the list, that means I will not be getting them. Please refrain from requesting merch to order that is not included on the list
• Otome Kitten reserves the right to limit the quantity of each item that an individual can order.

Prices and Fees:

• The listed prices for each item represent the total amount you will pay (excluding domestic shipping). This final price covers the actual item cost, proxy service fee, PayPal fee, and the shared international shipping fee. Domestic shipping is not included in the final price. You have the option to choose to pay your domestic shipping fee upfront when you place your order or later when your orders have arrived in the US.
• All fees are paid in USD currency.
• All payments shall be made via PayPal.
• Domestic Shipping Fee:
  • US & US Territories: $8.00 (Flat rate)
  • Canada:
    • $15.00 (for small & medium items like acrylic standees, keychains, etc.)
    • $18.00 (if your order includes heavier or larger items like tapestries, pillows, artbooks, vinyls, mugs, etc.)
• All orders will be shipped either via USPS or UPS.

How to Join:

• To join this group order, you will need to contact me via Twitter/X (account: @chlorokitty), and provide me your Paypal email address. This will let me know if you have previously participated in any GOs I’ve managed or if you have made purchases from me before. Please also indicate if you are in the US or in Canada.
• If you’re eligible to join, a password to the pre-order page will be sent to you. This page will also contain each of the item’s pre-order prices along with a pre-order form for you to fill out.
• After filling out the form, an invoice will be sent to you via (PayPal) email, and it will need to be paid within 24 hours. Failing to pay for your orders within the allotted time will result in the cancellation of your pre-orders/reservations.
• Once your invoice is paid, an email confirmation will be sent to you, including a summary of your order, the release date of the items, and the estimated dates for when you should expect your order to arrive. Please note that sometimes the estimated dates can change due to the logistics of international shipping, and there may be occasions when the items experience delays.

Agreement:

• By joining this group order, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions indicated above. Keep in mind that it is your responsibility to carefully read and understand the terms outlined in this agreement.
