A Bouquet of Madness English Localization Kickstarter Announced

Indie localization team Momo Localizations has announced a Kickstarter campaign to bring the dark yandere-themed Japanese indie otome game A Bouquet of Madness, also known as Yamiyuku Kimi ni Hanataba Wo (闇行く君に花束を), or YamiHana, to English-speaking audiences.

Originally developed by Japanese Indie otome game dev, Shimoshiro Shiro, A Bouquet of Madness is a fully Japanese-voiced otome game that is currently available on Steam, with Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese language support. The upcoming Kickstarter campaign will fund the game’s English localization, thereby making the game accessible to a wider international audience.

Regarding Mature Content Description and Trigger Warnings

The developer & localizers have placed a PSA regarding the game’s mature content:

“The game is extremely dark in western standards, reminiscent of games developed by Rejet (Diabolik Lovers, Black Wolves Saga, Ken Ga Kimi). It starts seemingly innocent with the heroine Aoi being given the responsibility of managing her high school’s social media profile. Three other students (the love interests) are helping her, all with varying personalities. As they work together though, the backstories of each character slowly unfold revealing their secrets and depending on the choices you make, the LIs can become a bit crazy (the two yandere endings of varying degrees), or not (the good ending).

An English demo of the game is currently available to play for anyone curious about the title. Please note that the demo only shows a small portion of how dark the route can get, so players are warned beforehand to brace themselves going in the full game.
