A new indie project, “Stand by Me”, is now live on Kickstarter. Created in RPG Maker MV, the game is an RPG-visual novel hybrid, designed for fans of fantasy, romance, and interactive storytelling. Take control of Ciel Rozenbleu to explore Una’s three countries, Desideria, Cantara and Idris!

STORY
After a deadly accident, you wake up in the unfamiliar land of Desideria, assuming the equally unfamiliar identity of Ciel Rozenbleu – a sorceress in the royal military. It’s your life now. A new path will be carved by your hands.
The world of “Stand by Me” is set in the Una Continent, which is made up of three countries:
- Desideria: A powerful empire where magic reigns supreme. Their current goal is to conquer Idris and unite the continent of Una.
- Cantara: A Desiderian colony that lacks magical expertise but specializes in technology.
- Idris: A hunter-gatherer civilization that possesses a powerful form of magic that manipulates one’s life force – Priroda.
Trapped in an unfamiliar world and with no way to get home, you stumble about trying to play the part of Ciel Rozenbleu.
But you’re not Ciel. You’re a modern misfit in this archaic fantasy world, and you have your own opinions.
Will you stand firm in your beliefs, or will you rethink your allegiances?

FREE DEMO AND PROJECT TIMELINE FOR “STAND BY ME“
Stand by Me is a passion project by indie developers, Fish Attic Games. The game will be free to play, and this Kickstarter campaign is intended to help cover the development costs. Since 2020, the team has funded everything out of pocket. By supporting the campaign, you’ll not only help bring the game to completion and receive exclusive rewards, but also assist the developers in recouping a portion of their personal expenses, with 30% of the funds allocated to past development costs.
