NOTES:
  • Yoichi’s route is playable at the start.
  • Only Yoichi’s AFFECTION and SORROW endings unlock a CG.
  • When creating your “Common Route Save File”, make sure to Save when Suzuno says “I want to work in–“ -as you cannot SAVE during the actual selection screen.
  • Soft Recommended Route Order: Kunitaka → Genjuro → Yoichi → Kinji → Tomonari → Ohtaro.

  3. First of all, thank you so much for the time and effort you’re putting into these guides and reviews!

    Second, I just want to gush a bit about Yoichi because I got the game when it came out but I was down the Tears of the Kingdom rabbit hole for a while and only just came out of it (sort of), so I’ve started Winter’s Wish yesterday, and Yoichi was already the one who intrigued me the most from his character card (he has such a bitchy face, I love it xD), so I actually decided to start with him because that’s how I roll with games when I have a favorite from the get-go. And holy craaaap I wasn’t expecting him to be this good based on how mean he can be in the common route 😂 I had a “oh are we playing Lover Pretend now?” moment in his route and absolutely loved that Suzuno became such a badass. Also Yoichi combing Suzuno’s hair for her and being a great cook and being the one who taught her how to fight is like, hitting all my weak spots in one go 😂

    Anyway, thank you again for your guides! I’m off to do Genjuro’s route now, he can apparently make good rice balls and I like me a man who can cook so here we go!
